How do I reset timers for lighting and security door after a power cut.?

No information about what kind of timers? Mechanical or electronic? If it's mechanical you probably just have to turn the dial until the arrow points to the current time. Electronic timers should have a battery. If they don't or if it's dead, you may have to input the on and off times again.
