How do I resize my photos using Adobe photoshop 3.0?

I have a PC and am trying to resize my photos. People keep saying click on image on the toolbar- but Im not seeing a toolbar, nor an option with the word IMAGE on it. Please this is very frustrating!

  1. Photoshop 3.0 ? That's such an old version, the oldest version I have ever used was 5.0 but anyway I don't think 3.0 is any different than the other newer versions.

    You suppose to have "Image" option right next to " File ", " Edit " and "Mode" options, I checked a lil tutorial about version 3.0 just to be sure there is an "Image" option in that version. When you click " Image " you will see a drop down menu choose " Image Size " from there you can change the size.

    If you don't see an option named as " Image " next to "File" "Edit" and "Mode" then the one you have, has some kind of a problem because "Image" option is one of the most common option in every Photoshop, I have ever seen.
