  1. Navigate to "Image --> Image Size", which is on the menu bar at the top of the Photoshop window.  If you can't see the menu bar (File | Edit | Image | Etc...), press the "f" key a few times until you can see it.

  2. i was just doing this today on my PC and there should be a toolbar at the top with things like...  File, Edit, Image, etc.

you might have clicked a setting to make the toolbar disappear.

really not sure how you would get it back if thats what happened

    good luck

  3. The instruction given to you by other people were right. but as you said, you didn't see any tool bar in adobe photoshop.

Perhaps you can edit your picture in Microsoft Office Picture Manager, there you can resize your picture.

  4. resize image, meaning adding more pixels to it, or reducing the pixels, therefore making the file size smaller? to do that, go to file, and automate, and fit image, from there, you can resize it to have any amount of pixels that you want. If you're talking about viewing it smaller or larger so that you can edit it, then on the top right, there is a little window with the image and you can slide the slider to zoom in and out.

  5. On a Mac it's a menu at the top, with Image > Image Size. Is it not the same in Windows?
