How do I respond to an Order of Protection?

Alright.

Here is what happen.

Me and three of my other friends went to go visit a friend.

in which someone else lives there tht doesn't like us.

I go to knock on the door and she starts screaming at us to go away. we try to tell her we wer'ent there t see her. i go inside. and she literally pushes me out and i fall down.

she slams the door and the glass on it breaks.

she is trying to say tht we broke it?

after tht we go to leave and everyone is yelling and she jumps of her porch trying to get me to fight her and to tell me the cops are on there way. so the cop pulls up and just starts screaming. not handling the situation the right way.

i sent a txt message to the girl tht pushed me down telling her to meet me in kmart parking lot.

so thts what happened.

What is going to happen to me?

my court date is aug. 4th.

i need an answer quick please.

You left out the part why this girl does not like you.  From her reaction you described, it is a big part of information missing here......

Pushing your way into the home of someone who clearly didn't want you to enter is a big problem......Don't know if it's just an order of protection or if you're going to court for criminal charges - if there are criminal charges, you probably should see an attorney - if the court date is about the Order of Protection, you should probably apologize, take full responsibility, OFFER to pay for the glass to show that you know you were wrong....anything to show the judge that you know you made a mistake and are sorry
