How do I retirn an item to an ebay user?

Do I need to ask the seller for their address?

When I asked her if I would get a full refund for my item that is in horrible shape, she said "it will be a full refund except for what ever fees may be incurred by paypal"

So what does this mean?

Have you filed a Significantly Not As Described complaint to ebay about this item? You need to do that FIRST

You should already have the sellers address from the original package. If not, you can request it from ebay.

You need to send this back with Delivery Confirmation.

How did you pay? Did you use Paypal funded by your CREDIT CARD?

If Paypal finds in your favor, you should have all your money returned.
