How do I retrieve a picture message when my Tesco mobile's internet and internet settings are locked?

I'm on Tesco pay as you go and my phone says 'download failed' when I try to open a picture message. I've discovered that Tesco has locked all my internet functions for some reason and I know the phone needs the internet to get the message. So is there a way I can download the message on my computer or something? Thanks for your answers:-)

Hi was the k800i bought on tesco's pay as you go or was the phone unlocked ? if the phone was unlocked then the chances is that your phone has settings for another network in the phone !

what i would personally do is to contact tesco mobile & explain your problem because it sounds like that you havent got the right settings in your phone for mms ( picture messages) & the internet ! they should be able to send you the settings via text & you just install the settings into your phone for you .... hope this has been of some help
