How do I retrieve things I deleted on my 360?

I deleted and now I wish I had what I wrote back.

Do you think it's gone forever?

There's no way to retrieve things you deleted like game saves or LIVE messages. You can however re-download LIVE Arcade games and downloadable content that you may have deleted.

I think once youve decided to delete after its asked you are you sure you wish to delete then its gone from the system.

A thought came to me to try doing a system restore But no guarentee itll work  was just a thought

If you delete something on Yahoo! 360, then it is gone permanently UNLESS you get lucky and have a Yahoo! glitch on your page that shows old content.

Don't do a system restore.
