Read the listing and it should show what the returns policy is (time limit, method of refund etc) then contact the seller and tell them you are not happy with the item and why. If you have a legitimate reason for returning it, a reasonable seller should help you through the process.

If they are not willing to help you return and obtain a refund you think you are entitled to, register a complaint with eBay.

Make sure that the seller accepts returns.  If so contact the seller for return instructions.  If still not satisfied you can submit a dispute with ebay after 30 days.  Good Luck!

I would make sure that the seller provided a return policy.  Your best bet is to contact your seller and communicate the problem with him or her.  Most of the time, the sellers are nice and understanding.  Just don't jump the gun and go complaining to ebay itself.  Always try to solve the problem between and buyer and seller.  Sometimes they can offer a return, money refunded or an exchange.  Give it a try, and good Luck!
