How do I return shoes to Zappos?

As question. I live in the US, do I just put in the mail? I thought they paid for return fee, how does that work?

but buy nothing from zappos again!

It should be a return label in your package stick it on and send them back. I had no problem returning my items

Just go to their website and look up your order.  They'll be a place to click to indicate you want to return the shoes.  Once you've filled out the necessary information, you will be directed to print out a shipping label.  In my case, it has always been a UPS label.  You just securely afix it to the box and drop the package off at any UPS Store.  Returns are totally free.  I love Zappos.

They do pay for the return, but you have to log onto your account online and process the return and then print the return postage label.
