  1. Assuming you're Philippine, does Philippine law provide for a divorced woman to resume her maiden name? If you're not Philippine, but some other nationality (but you live in the Philippines), do the laws of your native country provide for a divorced woman to resume her maiden name?

  2. You may have trouble trying to revert back to your maiden name in the Philippines as divorce is not recognized and illegal in the country.

However, the Philippines does recognize annulments but that's not what you filed for last 2004.

The Philippines takes the holy sacred commitment of Marriage seriously as to "let no man separate what God has joined" and as divorce is not in the biblical vocabulary.

But for some religions, remarrying is an option only after the death of your spouse through natural causes.  If this occurs, this may get you to change your last name to a new spouse's last name but may not allow you to revert back to your maiden name.

Do some research with similar Philippine court cases publicly online to determine if loopholes or other methods have ever been successful.
