How do I run Visual Boy ROMS?

I just downloaded a VBA, aand now can't figure out how to play the ROM. My firends have told me how to do this, but I forgot. Something about un-zipping it or something? I got the ROM off of www.get-your-rom.com if that helps at all.

the ROm should come in a zipped folder, right click and click "extract all" or something which should unzip it. Then open ur VBA, when opeing vba it wil bring u to a folder, just choose the unzipped game and ur in
