How do I safely clean off my computer and create space on drive C?

Question

My computer says that I have run out of space on my Local drive C:. I have deleted all picutres, music, documents and deleted all unused programs I could, yet I have no freed up any space. Is there a trick to making this happen? I just don't see how it could be full when there is barely anything left on the computer. Thanks!

install CCleaner its a freeware and this program is all you need to delete temporary internet files,prefetch,uninstall program and many more

u need 2 delete the programs in ur recycle bin and unistall programs that u donot use by uning the control pannel

1. Right click on C: drive.->tools->Defragament now.It will take some time to get it completed

2.Start->run->Prefetch->Delete all the files

3.Start->run->temp->Delete all the files

4.Start->All program->Accessory->system tool->Disk cleanup. Run this tool.

u can defragment your c driver from my computer rightclick then choose manage then disk defragmenter this will arrange the files so it will create space in the memory
