How do I save a map from Mapquest?

I'm trying to put a certain section of California (from Mapquest.com) on my Microsoft Word document (as a clipart/file). I've tried right clicking on the map and it wont work. I think it needs to be in jpeg format to be inserted in my document.

use the "print screen" button on your keyboard. It's by the scoll lock button and after f12 button. The "print screen" basically copies the whoooole page you're looking at. Paste it on your word doc and you can edit it from there :)
