How do I save a pic on the internet to my phone?

I have a samsung sch-R410 phone and my carrier is metro pcs. I have found several sites that offer free ringtones and pics, but I cant figure out how to save the pic to my phone.

  1. Download the pictures to your computer then bluetooth them to your phone


  2. just send it by e-mail that's what i do
