How do I save a video to wmv format???

I made a video on my windows movie maker. I saved it in my videos, then went to youtube to upload it. It said I have to make the video into wmv format. How do I do that??? (And why's it asking me to do that)

So u just need a converter to convert video format from FLV to wmv, it's easy, u could try this.
