Question:

How do I save audio files on my Palm Centro?

I sent a ringtone as a multimedia message from my phone to a palm centro but there is no option to save it to the palm. All it does is play the song, but nothing else. Is there a way to save that file to the phone so it can be used as a ringtone?

  1. Im pritty sure all u have to do is click save and it will save automaticly.

  2. Well... I have a Palm Centro, and you can record a ringtone from the sounds part of the Menu. So you can record it from the other phone, or you can just record it from the radio, a CD, or the computer. It's a lot easier then sending it.. But if you really wanna send it, then I think there is a Options bar when the message comes in acsking if you want to save. But no ones ever sent me a ringtone, I just record mine.

  3. You have to download a ringtone progran, I used Minitones for my Wife's Centro.

It is free, safe and you can take any song, trim it down to any part of it and save as a ring tone.

Download the program and follow the instructions, it is very simple to use and 100% safe.

That is the only way you can do it, Centro's are Palm based software.
