How do I save music videos to my pc???

Cuz, I wanted to make a youtube video using a music video but I can't find a site to let me!! And i can't like download anything and it has to be free...I know I'm asking for alot but i really want this!!! can ANYBODY help me!?!?!?

  1. you can find videos on youtube.com then copy its link and paste in www.vixy.net after that download to your pc and do whatever
