  1. Well, you are speaking English with one another, obviously, so you could try that. If it has to be in German, try something like "Ich würde Dich gerne in Österreich besuchen" (assuming you are using the "Du" form of personal address, "Sie" being more formal, replace "Dich" with "Sie" in this case), meaing "I'd like to visit you in Austria".

As a note to Petra, and no offense meant, "Kann ich bitte besuchen Sie in Oesterreich?" uses the wrong word order (correct would be: "Kann ich Sie bitte in Österreich besuchen?"); "Kann ich dir treffen?" is equally wrong, correct would be "Kann ich Dich treffen?".

Yes, German is a difficult language :)

  2. Be diplomatic. Say better you want make a travel and if she want help you....learn better first with her German Phrases.

  3. You just said it, are you trying for the Olympics or something?

  4. It sounds like you are still at the early stages of this relationship so perhaps its best to keep it like a formal request: "Kann ich bitte besuchen Sie in Oesterreich?" which means can I please visit you in Austria? If you have known her for a while, "Kann ich dir treffen?" which means can we meet? And then she can offer a place to meet like a restaurant, etc.

    Good luck!
