  1. This is how you can say it:

    "僕は医者になりたいですから、大学で医学を勉強するでしょう。"

    Bo-ku wa i-sha ni na-ri-ta-i-de-su-ka-ra, dai-ga-ku de i-ga-ku wo ben-kyo-su-ru de-shou

    It lit. mean: I want to become a doctor, therefore, I will study medicine in university.

    [if you are a girl, say (私) "watashi" instead of (僕) "boku"]

    "来年、外国旅行したい" [rai-nen, gai-ko-ku ryo-kou-s**+-ta-i]

    lit. mean: Next year, I want to travel abroad.
