How do I say Your dress is pretty; in Russian?

  1. Ok, how well do you know this person? I.e. is she a stranger or a friend? Because we address people differently depending on our level of aquaintance with them. We use a formal plural "you" for strangers, colleagues and elder people, and informal singular "you" for everyone else. So...

    Your dress is pretty = Oo vas kra-see-voe plat'-ye (formal)

    Your dress is pretty = Oo te-bya kra-see-voe plat'-ye (informal)
