How do I say/write "grandmother" in Punjabi?

How do I say and write grandmother/grandma in Punjabi, I think i'm looking for the non-formal term if there is one, the word you would call your own grandma I think. Also I hear there are two different terms, one for the grandma on your dads side and one for the grandma on your mums side, so if this is true both of these would be good.
