How do I search to find the Sports Forum I was on yesterday?

I was on some sort of sports forum yesterday but cannot find it today, How do I use Google succesfully to find the forum. It contained rugby league and horse racing and all other sports on the site.

if you are on the same computer as you were when you visited the forum, go to your "history" and look through the list to find it.

If not, youre probably going to have to just use google, using keywords that you think might help bring it up
