How do I search to know who's phone number I have without ringing it????

Question

I have found a bill, and there are a bunch of numbers of there which are residential number that I havent rung but someone in the house has- how can I find out who this number belongs too without ringing it?? I have done a google search but telephone directories ask me to search by name- but I can.....i dont know who the person is! I need someone who knows how to find stuff out that the average person cant.

your best chance is to call them back. you can dial *67 first and your number will not show up on their caller id. then ask who it is. or you can text them and ask who it is.
