download 'cpuz' and execute it

it displays all the cpu related features

for graphics download 'gpuz' it displays all the graphics related features.

Depending on what your looking for theres different software. Theres CPUZ which is for information on your CPU, Memory and Motherboard. Theres GPUZ for information on your Graphics card.

If you want a simpler way to find out without other software go into "Run" and type "dxdiag" (without "") and a box will come up about direct x. Click ok and it will display your information
