How do I sell our mobile home?

We live in the St. Louis area. We just moved into our new home and are looking to sell a mobile home, which is currently located in a mobile home park. We have not had any success. Has anyone been in a similar boat? What did you do? We can't take a huge hit on it either. Anyone know of a company/park that would purchase it? Or, do you know of a better way to sell one? Please help!!!
