How do I sell two return tickets London-Greece?

Hi

I would like to sell two discounted return tickets London Rhodes (Greece)

Reason: I bought these tickets a month but my partner can no longer make it...so I am stuck with these two tickets.

Flying Sep 6-14 (I believe the dates can be changed for a small fee)

I am looking for a buyer, any suggestion?

I am assuming that the tickets have passenger names on them.  If so, the buyer would have to have a passport with than name.  I doubt you will find someone to buy them unless they know they can get them reissued with the correct name and how much that would cost.  You can get than info from the airline.
