How do I send a fax online?

I want to send a fax online.

I don't mind paying.

I don't want to sign up to asubscription service, i just want to pay per fax.

Can anyone recomend a company / website?

There are fax programs for PCs. There may be one on Windows. If you want to send pics you need a scanner and to receive hard copy you need a printer, is this what you meant?
