How do I send a parcel of food items from bangalore, Karnataka to Jamnagar, Gujarat (India)?

I need to send a parcel of food items and utensils from Bangalore to Jamnagar, Gujarat. I do not want to send it by courier services but through parcel services. Are there any parcel services in Bangalore for this purpose? (I know ABT limited sends parcels across south india.)

by road transport with refrigiration vehicle if it is perishable goods or otherwise ordinary vehicles.

By Air, through reputed Airline having daily service between

Banglore and Jamnagar, depending upon the "self-life" of food items, frequency, and quantity, you wish to despatch.

Or

By Courier, ABT Limited, or any other reputed Parcel service.

In case it is only once, and small tiff en of couple of Kgs. in volume to no very large, you better ask family member who is serving IAF (preferably flying), and get interested in helping you, by carrying your package and tiff in from Banglore to Jamnager, irrespective of place of his stay.
