How do I send a picture from my computer to my cell phone?

Okay here is my question. I have t-mobile and I have an e-mail address on about every e-mail server there is. AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. Anyway, I wanted to send a picture to my cell phone to put it as my background but I cannot figure out how to send it. If anyone knows how please let me know! Thanks!
