How do I send a software program to another computer?

the computer I wish to receive mozilla firefox does receive email via "Outlook express", but the current browser, "Internet explorer" on

hi,

best way to send the softwares is thru email but convert it into a zip/rar file. I don't know bout outlook express but yes other email services are better and safe. yahoomail hotmail gmail etc etc.
