How do I send a text message to Mexico?

I have T-Mobile. I know you have to put a number before it but I don't know which one? The number is 864-616-5921

If you are calling Mexico you need to use the following country code for example +52 then 1 then 8646165921 thus [phone]

to get the plus sign you have to hold down the (0+) key until it appears as a + sign then you can add the rest as above.  Good luck let me know if this work for you
