I don't know what to type when it says http and smtp? what do I type?

Go to your Internet provider's website (Verizon, Comcast, whatever) and you'll find information on how to setup Outlook Express to work with their servers.

The other option would be to copy the e-mail address you wish to send to and use it with your Yahoo account.

well these r da servers u dont enter anything in it u jst contact ur engineer he/she will manage it nd he/she knows from which server u r connected.. i think u r mailing from outlook
