How do I send and receive ringtones with Blutooth on a Virgin Mobile "Flare" pay-as-you-go phone?

sorry, Virgin Mobile has disabled ALL capabilties to obtain free ringtones. I have the Flare as well. Here is what Virgin Mobile blocks.

(+) bluetooth file transfer

(+) free ringtone sites

(+) ability to set voice memos as ringtones

(+) ability to save sounds from picture messages

I know this really sucks, but Virgin Mobile wants to make every penny from downloads :-(
