How do I send salsa without it spoiling?

One of my dear friends is in college and she loves salsa. So I want to send her a container of it. How do I package it so that it won't spoil on the trip?

  1. honestly alot are right here .. you need a jar with a lid .. and boil them ... and send it express mail 1 day delivery mail..  i believe it is called next day mail.. if you go to the regular  post office.. if you fed ex it i ain't sure but i know they do got 1 day delivery service.


  2. Send her a jar of pace picante salsa from the grocery store  

  3. It won't spoil until it's opened.

  4. If it's store-bought, it won't spoil for a long time unless it's opened.

    If you made it, you may be able to jar it and send it.

  5. You would need to can it. Get some jars with the rings and lids. You need to boil the jars and the lids to sterilize them. Place your salsa in the hot jars. Don't let them cool otherwise they'll break. Take the lids out of the water and place them on top and put the rings on till they're just finger tight, right when you start to meet resistance. Place them in boiling water enough to cover them for about 15 minutes. You can use the same water you sterilized the jars in.
