How do I set godaddy to forward my emails to my gmail account?

I'd just like every email sent to my hosting email account to be forwarded to my gmail account. I looked through the settings but couldn't figure it out.

I've seen what they call "forwarding accounts" on godaddy.com that you have to pay for, but it seems like most web hosts have included email forwarding.

i am not using godaddy.. i am using bluehost webhosting for mine
