How do I set it to wireless

I have a a laptop that is on a cable connection, and I want to go wireless.Okay, I will buy a wireless router, but what else do I have to do? I know I have to buy a PC card and the CD, cos I lost it. So.. what do I do after I have that, and the router? Seriously, I have no idea.

  1. just buy a wireless modem

    connect your pc with cable and laptop will start working on wireless connection
