How do I set my Chairman Mao watch?

on a recent trip to china I bought a chairman Mao watch from a street vendor. The watch is an analog watch, and chairman Mao waves his hand back an forth.

i know the nob on theside of the watch winds it, but I do not know how to change the time!

any help would be appreciated...

I hope to be able to stop converting China time to Seatle time soon!

  1. If it is a wind-up watch, you have to wind it every day

    and make sure you do not overwind it.

  2. Pull the winding k**b out a little bit (don't use too much force) and that will let you set the time by turning it.  

    Most winding watches work in this fashion.
