most security software does that and a little bubble appears that says it did, so find where that bubble came from, right click it, and click "allow popups" most other places have a little tan bar that comes down, just click that to allow, and again to permanently allow them. others its where all the other tool bars are and it's like multiple windows with the "cross out" circle around it, just click that, you can also just right click the internet icon on the desktop or where ever and click properties then manage from there.

most of the time you can go to edit of your internet, and there might be something that says manage popup's or something to that effect.

if your internet doenst have that  you can always goo too control panel, in your start menu.

then go to internet options, firewall, or what ever blocker you have, and you can turn off your pop up's or you can type in the websites that you wish to allow that pop ups.
