How do I set the right margin on my e-mail screen?

When I receive messages from a certain person, the writing just keep going across the screen on the first line. There doesn't seem to be a right margin. Help, please.

What email program do you use?  What does the other person use? You might find out by asking or by clicking "View Source" and looking at the headers.  You could save their messages to a file and open it in Notepad or Word or your favorite editor.
