How do I set time on a 3 button digital watch?

Question

I don't have a user's manual, was branded New Balance, never used, there is a red button on theside and buttons above and below, no labels....watch also has a heart rate monitor.

Press each button (possibly multiple times) and wait for the time to Come up ( possible flashing) then you'll have to do the same thing (pressing buttons) to see which one changes the hour/minute/second after that you probably press the button that made the time come up to change it...make sure you didn't just change the alarm though :P

Try holding in on any one of the 3 buttons until the display flashes.Then, try pressing on either of the other 2 buttons.One should advance from Hours to Minutes, and the other button should set it.Then, go back to the first button to lock it in.And once you figure out which button does what, write it down.Also, do a Search on http://www.newbalancewatch.com and see what you come up with.Hope this helps !
