How do I set up a blog?

I am studying hard at the moment, and the way i'm going to take myself from a B to an A understanding is to produce mp3 lectures on my subjects.

To do this... I need to set up a blog, on which I can regularly post large files (mp3s).

Does anyone know how I could go about this for free?

  1. http://www.everypot.com/blog.html

  2. You can start a blog very easy at www.blogger.com. It is free and easy to do. However, there may be a limit as to how big of an mp3 you can put up there. However, if you have any kind of bulk storage on any site that is not password protected, you can create a hyperlink in blogger to reference the mp3s. What I am trying to say is they don't have to be on the same site or even the same server.

  3. Why don't you just create a new yahoo email account just for this....

.... and everytime you have a new MP3 , email yourself and attach it.

On the subject line you can put the date and subject of the mp3.   Yahoo email has limitless storage.

In the body of the email, you can add additional notes

  4. Here's what you can do:

    1. Go to Yahoo! 360 and sign up to open an account there. It's free.

    2. Follow the instructions and start a blog. Select your settings. You can choose who you would like this blog to be seen by.

    3. Go to your Blog and click "compose new blog entry"

    4. Type something, like a description of your topic, or post a blog photo.

    5. In case you have a HTML code for your mp3s, check the box on your compose page saying "view html". Copy and paste the code. Click Preview and Post.

    6. If you haven't got an html code, create a hyperlink and insert it on your blog page. Always make sure that you click on Preview and then Post, This is what I did in some of my blogs and works fine.

    Hope this helps. Good luck.
