How do I set up a group to send e-mails only to those in the group at the same time?

  1. management- under group settings click messages- Posting and Archives (Edit) <-- click the edit- 2nd column Reply-to

    choices

    * All members = will post to the group and send to all members

    * Sender = will go only to the sender of the post

    * Group owner = wil only go to goup owner

    choose, scroll down to archive options and set to members if you don't want non members to read posts

    click save changes
