How do I set up a video game sysem to an Integra receiver?

I can set it up to my flat screen tv monitor but I cant get sound- only the game pictures. Does anyone know how to do this so my son can play? He can play with no sound, but its not the same!

For sound to the receiver, plug the white and red rca cables coming out of the video game player into the inputs of the Integra receiver. Select the correct input on the Integra and your good to go! Good luck
