How do I set up a web based student attendance register? ?

Basically I want to create a web page to register student attendance that I can give teachers a username/password to log in to and register student attendance...

Anyone know of any easy way to do this?

if you and your students have a yahoo login, then you can create a group and have a common calendar, you can find out about how to limit theirs capabilities erasing o creating events

I remember playing with a web-based application called SchoolTool or something similar.  It could be used to create class registers and such.
