How do I set up a website to get international visitors? ?

I would like to set up a new website (I'm in the USA) that would attract international visitors for example India. Do I need an Indian domain or hosting...what do I need to do?

Hi. I´m from Brazil. I think that the only thing you have to do is to attract the attention of International visitors putting topics that are local to that people. You could use others languages too. See London´s BBC, for example.
