  1. "Anyone can leave comments" is limited to people who have a Yahoo account, who have activated their 360 space, and are logged into a Yahoo service (like 360, mail, or answers). The permission to use is "Public".

If you are under age 18, then you may be limited to the "Friends of Friends" permissions. Meaning, only people that are connected 360 friends and their connected friends can comment.

See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/per... for more information about permissions.

    TOP PAGE COMMENTS:

    - In your "My Page," click on the "Settings" link for the comment module (in lower left corner of the module). The comments module is the lowest box on the left side of your "My Page."

    - Click the "Allow comments by" dropdown and change the permission from "Public".

    - Check the "enable quick comments box"

    - Click the "Save" button.

See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-1qCkw2Eha... for a visual on this.

    BLOG:

    - Click "My Blog"

    - Click "Edit Blog Settings" at the top

    - Go the the "Who can see your blog" and "Who can post comments to your blog" sections and set those permissions to Public.

    - Click the "Save" button.

  2. Here's what you can do:

    1. Go to your Yahoo! 360 page.

    2. At the top of the page select "settings" - it's the last option.

    3. Choose blog settings and set your blog to Public.

    4. Then select who you would like to leave comments on your blog : Select Anyone on 360 and click Save
