How do I set up my blog on blogger so that I get an email whenever anyone comments?

I use blogger it is great. Login to your blog, look at the top right of the screen you will see "Personalize/personalisar" click it and then you get a new page. Once there look at the top center of the screen you will see "Configuration/Configuración" click it and then nicely check each one of those settings to serve your purpose.

Make sure you know what you are choosing. If there is something you don't understand, save configuration as draft and check the help pages. They are very well explained.
