We have ordered Cox digital telephone service. The tech was here outside today and said that he would be in to talk to us after he was done setting up the outside line. I noticed he didn't come in and when I went outside to check he was gone. I do not know how I am supposed to set up the phone to make it work. He tried to contact Cox online and they said it would be a $45.00 charge to send someone back out to the house. We have a regular cordless telephone. and the modem we are using is a Motorola surfboard cable modem. How do I plug in and turn on the phone?
