How do I setup an event at a local park?

I want to arrange an event at a local park with several other businesses. I'm sure you have to get a license or permit, or pay to rent the spacing, but I have no idea where to even beginning looking into that.

Any ideas?

  1. Obtain permission from local Municipality, Rent out a Shamiana as per your requirement, Invite the audience, after fixing with performers. That's it.

  2. Contact the parks and recreation department. How large an event? You can rent pavilions for a reasonable amount.
