How do I ship a CD (United States)?

I'm going to be mailing a CD I sold online..

And I'm not sure how to..

Any tips or ideas?

The US post office provides cardboard CD mailers for free.  The only fee is the postage.  It fits one or two CDs.  It is good for using snail mail because the packaging matches their sorting machines perfectly.
